DESCRIPTION: The Nurse Practitioner (NP) partners with and complements other members of the health care team for the achievement of resident and family-centred care for long term care residents living with specialized and complex needs. The NP will act as a resource, preceptor and mentor for nurses, students and other team members and will work with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and deliver services to residents.
DESCRIPTION: We are looking for Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Continuing Care Assistants to join our team! These positions are rotating shifts in a long-term care home.
