DESCRIPTION: We are currently searching for a Director of Resident and Family Experience. Reporting to the Senior Director of Long Term Care, the Director of Resident and Family Experience is accountable for the day-to-day management of the home. This includes leadership for both the management employees and the front-line staff team who are accountable for the programs and services provided for the residents.

DESCRIPTION: The LPN oversees the work of CCAs and demonstrates leadership and guidance in response to their concerns and recommendations regarding the care residents receive while creating a home like welcoming environment for residents. The LPN is responsible to communicate with the RN, Physician and other service providers and family with respect to the care needs of residents. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining and upgrading their knowledge to ensure therapeutic care is provided to residents adhering to therapeutic standards and achieving the goals identified in care plans of residents.
