Our theme is Standing Strong-Compassion, Leadership & Innovation and we will look at the potential, challenges and expanding responsibilities and expectations of the long-term care sector in Nova Scotia through a visionary lens with a slate of talented and skilled presenters as well as invested partners at the top of their respective fields who will engage you and your team and help empower us for today and the future. We have invited nationally recognized and inspiring speakers on topics connected to the transformation of long-term care, along with colleagues in our nursing homes across the province who are leading and dispelling stereotypes as they provide not only quality care but life enrichment and resident-centered mantras.
