Grand View Manor
Located in beautiful Berwick, the ‘Apple Capital’ of Nova Scotia, Grand View Manor has been taking care of residents since 1969. Grand View Manor employs over 230 staff, is home to 142 residents, and has two attached assisted living complexes. Residents, tenants, and staff enjoy a varied menu with all meals fully prepared on site. Our recreation department provides residents with the opportunity for socialization, as well as cognitive and physical stimulation daily.
Evergreen Homes
Evergreen Home for Special Care, since 1969, has been a privately owned continuous care provider, licenced by the Nova Scotia Department of Seniors and Long-Term Care serving clients regardless of age, sex, race, creed, and social status. The facility, which is licensed to provide 24-hour nursing coverage, is comprised of a Childrens’ Centre for 19 children plus two respite beds and a Seniors’ Centre consisting of 98 residents. All residents receive multi-disciplinary care based on a holistic resident-centred approach to ensure the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being while recognizing the right to individuality, respect and dignity.
